Who uses this app
Channel Dashboard is a private, self-hosted tool. It is used only by the owner of sthamar.com to monitor their own YouTube channels. There are no public sign-ups.
What Google data it accesses
With your permission, the app uses three read-only Google scopes:
youtube.readonly: channel details, uploads and video titles.yt-analytics.readonly: views, watch time and subscriber changes.yt-analytics-monetary.readonly: estimated revenue, where YouTube provides it.
The app cannot upload, edit, delete, comment or change anything on YouTube.
How data is stored and used
- Data is stored only on this app's own server and is shown only to the signed-in owner.
- Google refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Google access tokens never reach the browser.
- Daily snapshots of channel statistics are kept to show growth over time.
- No data is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app also uses the YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy.
Removing access and data
- Disconnecting a channel in Settings revokes the app's Google access and can delete its stored history.
- You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
